Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
After this period, no refund or exchange can be issued.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If a refund is issued, the original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
